Dill Pickle.

For the brine-obsessed. Real dill, real vinegar, real crunch that finishes clean — the savory bag that disappears faster than the caramel at every wedding I have shipped one to.

Dill Pickle is the flavor people refuse to believe is on the line until they try it. The kettle is the same — plain, popped, no glaze — but I toss it in a butter-and-vinegar reduction with a quiet dill oil I cold-press in the back. The crunch stays louder than the sweet bags because the glaze is thinner. It is the one my brother orders in bulk.

Hand-glazed in Marana

Cooked in small runs — pulled the second the kettle tilts right, then hand tossed in a copper bowl before the bag leaves the kitchen.
